The goal is to preserve the natural expression of the grapes and capture the special features of the alpine climate. The best sites are located between 600 and 800 meters above sea level and produce promising and diverse wines; large temperature differences between day and night and sufficient rainfall during the growing season create ideal conditions for high grape quality.
