Champagne Jacquart Brut Mosaïque Sparkling Wine in Gift Box – A fresh, balanced, light and beautifully fruity pale-yellow sparkling wine with a lively, persistent mousse. Its rather powerful bouquet is dominated by aromas of apple, pear and lemon, complemented by a touch of exotic fruit (pineapple), minty notes and hints of nutmeg. It is crisp and very fresh on the palate, with a harmonious, quite soft, medium-bodied structure and a lively mousse. The fruit notes are joined by hints of grass and the wine’s typical delicate yeasty notes.

Its exceptional expertise serves a free spirit and a joyful, colourful vision of life, where people feel free to indulge in life’s essential pleasures. The brand brings a more relaxed kind of luxury to the world of Champagne, offering less formal ways to enjoy outstanding quality at a fair price. Its straightforward, airy and delicate character is the result of a mosaic of terroirs and the passion of talented winemakers.
The region
With its comparatively cool climate, Champagne in northeastern France was the first region in the world to produce sparkling wine on a large scale and is now synonymous with the highest quality. Only sparkling wines from Champagne may be called Champagne; like the wines of Bordeaux and Burgundy, they are held up as a global benchmark. The roots of the vigorous vines penetrate deep into the soil, which is made up of calcareous sediments and thus provides ideal conditions for water management. The finest vineyards are located on the slopes of the hills characteristic of the landscape. While a wide range of grape varieties was once grown in Champagne, today the main varieties are Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
