Champagne Jacquart Brut Mosaïque 150 cl – A fresh, balanced, light and beautifully fruity pale yellow sparkling wine that bubbles quite intensely in the glass. Its rather powerful bouquet is dominated by aromas of apple, pear and lemon, complemented by exotic fruit (pineapple), minty notes and hints of nutmeg. On the palate, it is lively and very fresh, showing a harmonious, rather soft and medium-bodied structure with vigorous effervescence. About Champagne Jacquart

Champagne Jacquart is a young, modern champagne house full of optimism. Its mission: to turn the small joys of everyday life into great occasions for sharing and emotion. Its excellent expertise is at the service of a free spirit and a joyful, colourful vision of life, where one feels free to surrender to life's essential pleasures. The brand brings a more relaxed luxury to the world of champagne, offering less formal ways to enjoy excellent quality at a fair price. This quality is defined by its straightforward, airy and refined character, created from a mosaic of terroirs and the passion of talented winemakers.

The Region

Champagne in northeastern France, with its relatively cool climate, was the first region in the world to produce sparkling wine in large quantities and is today synonymous with the highest product quality. Only sparkling wines from Champagne may call themselves Champagne; as products, they are considered a benchmark worldwide, much like wines from Bordeaux and Burgundy. The roots of the vigorous vines penetrate deep into the soil, which consists of calcareous sediments and thus offers optimal conditions for water retention. The best vineyards are located on the slopes of the hills typical of the landscape. While a wide range of grape varieties was once grown in Champagne, today the main varieties are Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
