About Kylie Minogue Wines

Since “The Loco-motion” stormed the charts in 1987, Kylie Minogue has sold over 80 million albums, achieved 34 top-ten singles and scored 7 number-one hits. In 2020, the pop icon set out to break new ground with the launch of Kylie Minogue Wines, which was very well received around the world and made Kylie Minogue Wines the UK’s best-selling rosé brand in a very short time. Kylie Minogue Wines is now sold in over 36 countries. Each wine is expertly selected for its fruit, intensity and quality, and bears Kylie’s personal touch. In recent years, the lifestyle brand has enjoyed remarkable success with a unique portfolio, from glamorous Prosecco and alcohol-free sparkling wine to elegant rosés.

The region

Stretching from Avignon to the Southern Alps, Provence is known for its lavender fields, warm, mild climate – and fresh, elegant rosé wines. The name comes from the Latin “Provincia”, as the region of “Provincia Narbonensis” in the country’s far southeast was one of the first and most heavily Romanised areas outside Italy, and the town of Arles was an important trading hub. Long, dry summers and up to 3,000 hours of sunshine a year make Provence perfect for winegrowing. Combined with fairly strong winds, including the famous Mistral, these conditions help protect the vines from disease. In the mild climate of this French holiday region, people love to enjoy fresh fish and vegetables in the shade, with a pleasant breeze – for example, in the form of petit farcis or bouillabaisse.
